I had no issues fitting these into my 29 inch rack, they also properly take up just 1U as expected. They are made of decently thick metal that doesnt seem like it will warp or bend easily. The holes are more than large enough to provide the much needed venting between rack components so these have been a lifesaver in that regard. The box also includes a set of cage nuts, screws and washers for mounting them, as expected with this kind of product. Overall Ive really had no complaints with them so far. They get the job done quite well.

These are rolled on both top and bottom, which is the single best quality identifier I can think of for something static made out of metal. A flat plate would be easy to warp or bend if treated improperly. These will keep their shape well and look good in the process.

Ive bought a few things from RackPath, these vented panels, the solid blank panels, and the 3U rack drawer, and its all been very high quality, the finish is a legit black, powder coated and very durable. The price for two panels was about the same for one panel of the competing brands, very happy with my purchase!

I was looking for a way to clean up my wall-mounted rack and make it look more professional. A vanity project, I know. The metal is nice and sturdy, and the mounting holes are perfectly matched to my rack (as they should be). These come with M6 bolts and cage nuts that are typically used in a server rack. Since I’m using them in a wall-mounted comms rack I had to use my own 10-32 bolts to attach them. Not a big deal but keep that in mind if you’re mounting them like me. I have some more wiring clean-up to do but I’ll be adding more of these soon.

These panels helps me to cover the empty space in my rack. To be honest, I did not expect them to be of such a good quality. The fit and finish is almost as good as Mid-Atlantic and Navepoint. Will buy more in other RU sizes.

The RackPath blanks are a nice way to clean up the look of your rack mount setup and still allow for good airflow. The covers are made of a good thick metal and are not flimsy but have lots of holes allowing for air to pass through. The cage nuts fit as expected and the screws are included along with the M6 plastic washers. My only complaint is that this kit includes black blanks but silver screws. In my eyes a cleaner look is achieved with black screws so that everything blends nicely. Since the kit comes with silver screws, I replaced them with black M6 screws for a better look. This was not a big issue as most people with racks know, you end up with a large box of screws and cage nuts when you have a rack mount configuration.
