Rain Design 10032 mStand Laptop Stand, Silver (Patented)

The size of this stand can lead to an unstable surface for larger laptops. The surface of the stand where the laptop makes contact is about 9 inches from front to back, and also from side to side. My laptop is ~9.75 inches deep. The back edge where the hinges are located does not rest on the surface. As a result, the screen must be either vertical to the floor or tilted slightly toward the keyboard. Tilting the screen beyond vertical causes the laptop to tilt back off the stand. The width is also a problem. Because the laptop hangs over the edges, it is easy to bump the corner of the laptop and jostle it out of position, especially when shifting from using an external mouse to the key board.

Would be nice if it were adjustable however it is high quality, well designed, and a good accessory for my macbook pro.

Looks great, saves space of keyboard and mouse, swivels nicely. Works with a Mac Power book and a Sony Vaio 16.5# .

A beautiful stand that matches the Space Grey finish of my MacbookPro perfectly. The swivel function is a great feature, and the cutout in the back is great for running cables. Would highly recommend.

Great for matching the current macbook line up! Ive got a 17 MacBook Pro that sits nicely on this stand. The stand is very sturdy, but from the weight of the notebook and vigorous typing on the keyboard, or bumping the desk,there is a slight wobble.. not a huge deal. It is, after all, made from a single piece of aluminum. This also provides more desk space underneath the laptop, which is nice for storing whatever youd like that can fit in that space. Another thing i noticed, the cable management hole in the rear looks bigger than what i have seen in a lot of pictures of this stand so far. They must have listened to the complaints about the DVI not fitting properly.

Buy it. Oh, and use an external keyboard if its the swivel. Youre welcome.

It looks a bit crooked to the left. Its not 100% straight.

This is good probably for small laptop but no good for bigger. I tray to replace or return but can not . I do not know why ?????
