> 3 dayFirst of all, the design is so cool and unique. Our kids absolutely love the colorful LEDs. The rubber button was missing when the umbrella arrived, but we were able stick our fingers inside to activate the lights and we needed an umbrella right away for the rainy weather. We reached out to the seller and asked for a replacement button. The seller responded right away and said they dont have spare buttons, but they would send a whole new umbrella free of charge. Not only did a replacement umbrella arrive, but two additional ones - with batteries included! So now we have a total of four umbrellas for the price of one. So happy with the customer service!!!
