Greater than one weekBought this product to wipe an old laptop running Windows XP. Changed Bios to boot from CD drive. Did not work automatically as advertised. Tried manual. saying Windows could not read the disk. Waste of time.

Greater than one weekSaw from the reviews that one other customer had this problem. Wasted two hours trying to make this product work. Website provided gives no truly helpful tips when prompts do not occur. Emailed them and have received, so far,, no answer. Gave it a two for the price. At least it did not cost much, just wasted time. They emphasize emailing them rather than posting a bad review, which may explain why there is only one other bad review. So maybe you will get lucky as others have, but if it does not work for you immediately, cut your losses.
