This heat tool is smaller and not as powerful as the one that I bought nearly 10 years ago (that one recently died which is why I had to buy another one). Also, this one is priced at twice what I bought my original at so it does the job, but its not as good as it used to be.

Did not include bag as advertised. That said, the appliance is nice and seems to work comparably to others I have seen used by my fellow crafters.

Love the ergonomic design and quiet operation of the Heat-It tool. It is definitely a staple in my craftroom.

If you use a heat gun for anything in your craft room, you need this. It is super quite. I also use it to dry paint on wood blanks. The one thing you need to remember is to hold it farther back from your painted piece. Too close and it will blister your paint.

Love this Heat Craft tool. I paint crafts and used to sit and wait for layers to dry before moving on to the next layer. With this handy dandy heat tool I can dry quickly and keep painting.

Even though I dont use this a lot I needed one for my crafting. Its nice and quiet.
