> 3 dayReally cool looking, but this is just a padded bucket - it does not provide the side-padding or fit of a normal bike helmet. Theres also no side-venting, just holes in the top. Its FAR better than nothing, and we all grew up without bike helmets, so were going to let this one go because he picked it, but if you are guiding your child you might avoid this brand/style as an option.

> 3 dayThis is small, but can be worn like a cap by adults just for laughs. Do not expect to clip the chinstrap together, though (it has a good plastic clip). This size fits on smaller kids well. The spiky Mohawk got bent in shipment, of course, but it is slowly regaining its shape. No on seems to mind anyway. Safety first, right? Anyway, a funny story: I have found that Nerf darts fit on the spikes. I made a dart helm for our familys Nerf War.

> 3 dayListed for a child aged 5+ but fits my 3.5 year old perfectly. Definitely a conversation starter as everyone in the neighborhood wants to stop and chat about how “cool” the helmet is!

> 3 dayMy son is so excited to wear his helmet now! The spikes are soft flexible, rubber-feeling, not hard, which is nice. Fits my 5-year-old well, and looks like it will fit for several years.

> 3 dayGift for my youngest grandson. He looks so cute from pictures I have seen. Looks really cool. I recommend this for younger children (my grandson is 8. Older teens could look menacing.
