Ravensburger 16463 Novel Avenue 2000 Piece Puzzle for Adults - Every Piece is Unique, Softclick Technology Means Pieces Fit Together Perfectly

We have bought several Ravensburger puzzles, they are fun to put together and have never had a problem with missing pieces. However, this puzzle had three missing pieces (shown in picture) and that was disappointing.

This puzzle has so many fun mini puzzles inside that it makes a 2,000-piece experience so much more fun.

I would not pay $65 for this puzzle. Thats just people taking advantage of the temporary shortage. The artist for this picture is Dmelsa Houghton and she does have one other 2000 piece puzzle i know of. Both are wonderful and whimsical but not at these prices.

I notified customer service of a missing piece in the puzzle frame and they responded immediately. After sending them the number of the puzzle and a picture they said they would check to see if the cut of this piece was still being manufactured; apparently not so they sent me a replacement puzzle within a week! Very satisfied since this was my first 2000-piece puzzle. Great puzzle and customer service. I highly recommend it!

Love this puzzle. I always buy this brand and I especially enjoyed this one. The perfect level of challenge. I always have a puzzle going and very used to evaluating puzzles...and frustration level. Highly recommend.

Pieces fit well, snap solidly into place, and never a missing piece. Great product!

I’ll start by saying this is by far my favorite puzzle. The company does make some bold claims though so here are my qualms first. No puzzle dust? Not even close(see pic). Soft click technology? With some pieces, if you place them right there is a soft click. Things I like: The anti glare on this puzzle makes such a huge difference. It’s worth paying more just for that. The fit is really accurate with these pieces; I had maybe 2 or 3 pieces out of 2,000 that I thought might be a fit but ended up being wrong. The print quality is remarkable. (See pic) This is a BIG puzzle! Make sure you have enough puzzle space before you start. I was extremely pleased with this puzzle and I’m really excited to buy another Ravensburger puzzle in the future. I definitely recommend this puzzle.
