I have been buying razer everything, and have been dedicated to that brand, but recently Ive had no patience for the software. It always detects my mouse, but am constantly having problems with it not connecting, my new wireless razer headset, and it wont ever connect to the stand, if i do somehow update razer and restart everything and try this and that, i can get it connected to the software. But right when i power down and back up, the modules are gone. (also my razer keyboard uses a different razer software, which is ridiculous.) Razer needs to invest more time and money into their software if they want ppl to come back.

It is a great product but I am slightly disappointed with its inability to properly sustain my mouse or keyboard due to no dedicated power

I wish the price wasnt so steep, but its nice to not my headphones lying around anymore; with some extra USB space to boot. Looks downright awesome too

$80 for a stand to hang my headset on that lights up, definitely overpriced. It does have two USB ports that will provide much needed power in my room with not enough outlets. It lights up, which is cool, but not necessary for my aesthetic. The materials feel really nice and it looks great in my space!

Cannot even house other razer products without disconnecting every few hours and matching razer mouse thats plugged in freezes. Wouldnt have bought it if i known, at least it looks nice

It looks great and is well built, though I wish the RGB was a bit more dynamic on this one. Also, the DAC is kind of disappointing, as I dont think it adds any punch to the audio if you use the headphone jack.

This product is pretty neat. Although the tower that holds the headet does leave indents it could be fixed with a bit of DIY if your feeling creative. For my kraken ultimate I can barely tell there were dents when putting it on. The base station itself is pretty nice. White looks really good on it. The 3 usb ports are useful. Only other downside to the base station is that because the LEDs are too bright its hard to get colors right and rarely matches with your other chroma devices.

I have had this headset stand for over 2 years and I have never had a single issue with it. Its heavy bottomed and stays put, the lights are vibrant and change depending on what game I am playing and my headset has never slipped or fallen off it. It does not damage my headset (Steel Series Arctis 5) either and looks nice on my desk. This is the 3rd Razer product I have purchased (also have a hard Razer mouse pad and gaming chair) and every item has met or exceeded my expectations. I do not have one negative thing to say about this product. In fact, I am buying another one for my husband as he has been jealous of mine and god forbid he buys his own LOL Recommend 100%

It does what it’s supposed to.

Got it refurbished. Computer and software don’t recognize the thing. No one will answer my complaint ticket. So here I am with a $50+ hunk of no power, no chroma, no usb.... headset stand. Tight.
