You really cant go wrong with this mouse. I personally like small mice that are lightweight, and this is phenomenal. It has 2 side buttons which is great for push to talk in discord and usually one button for a game; it is really nice if you want some added utility but dont want 5+ mouse buttons. Good price, dependable and lasts a long time. I had one for over 5 years before it gave out on me, but was my fault. Only con is that it doesnt have a DPI button to change dpi on the fly, but it honestly does not make that much of a difference.

I got a Razer gaming mouse for Christmas and havent had any problems with it, I just needed another mouse and decided to get another Razer. Definitely no problems with it and would recommend it to anybody looking for a good gaming mouse.

A really good mouse, very comfortable in the hand, bummer that the dpi is unchangable even within the razer software. Otherwise great mouse.

I thought Razer was a good company and always heard good things. This is my first Razer purchase and also my last. I am replacing the battery almost everyday, I thought at first maybe I had a bad batch of batteries, but after purchasing different ones it is still happening. It also randomly disconnects from my computer. I have to remove the USB bluetooth and put it back and then turn the mouse on and off. When this happens while gaming... you can imagine the results. The middle button that controls the sensitivity will randomly change and I have to reset it back to the setting I had it on (I never accidentally hit this button to cause that, its not in a place where it can be easily hit without intention). By the time I got fed up with trying to make this mouse work, it was one day past the return window. Whether or not I got a dud... I will not be purchasing any Razer products in the future.

First, the good. This is the mouse I expected: a good quality mouse from a reputable company’s value line of gaming mice. I use it purely for work, and it’s a big step up from the cheap mouse that came with my laptop. Now, the bad: I had a really shady buying experience. The mouse I received had clearly been used to a certain extent, and had Chinese prominently written alongside English on the box and instruction booklet (complete with a URL to Razer’s Chinese support site). I verified the serial number on my new mouse and registered it with Razer, but since I clearly received a mouse intended for the Chinese market, it remains to be seen whether I’ll be able to make a warranty claim if I ever need to. Needing a mouse to replace my broken one for work, I ended up keeping this used Razer DeathAdder Essential intended for the Chinese market. Rest assured that I left the seller, “Smooth Value”, a negative review.

I had my last deathadder for maybe 7-8 years, Im not really sure. The only reason I had to replace it was the cable became frayed from where I had it pinched in-between a plastic retainer, so that wasnt really a failure of the mouse. I put it through pretty heavy daily use, and it was a pure workhorse.
