Razer Firefly Hard V2 RGB Gaming Mouse Pad: Customizable Chroma Lighting, Built-in Cable Management, Balanced Control & Speed, Non-Slip Rubber Base

Problem with V1 is that the cloth slowly peels with time, so I thought it would be a good time for an upgrade. However, the V2 works terribly with my mouse (R.A.T. wireless), which I have not had any problem with a variety of surfaces. The mouse response on the V2 is mostly sluggish but then will randomly skip, making mouse use slow and painful. Used it for about 10 minutes, trying the mouse of different surfaces when I found it was an irredeemable surface that I would not be able to use. Yes, it has all the pretty colors (you cant judge me since you are looking to buy the V2 yourself!), but a mouse pad has to be functional. Maybe I could switch out to a different mouse but I wont since this is my favored one, plus I am not going to spend more money to just to have the pad work.

I bought this for gaming initially but started to use it for mac later on. Razor doesnt support RGB on mac.

My only fault is with my own hubris. I failed to pull out my measuring tape and instead guessed that it would fit on my keyboard drawer. It hangs off half a centimeter because of the rectangular usb connection which sucks, but isnt the end of the world.

Its a good mousing surface. I wish it were a little smaller and the chroma colors dont quite match the keyboard.

I had a Firefly V1 and simply upgraded because I wanted the better designed RGB lighting. Feels high quality and the lighting is much brighter and more visible than the V1 I had before. Thats all lol.

LOVE this product have had it for about a year now, Only 2 Gripes, Price is high for a mouse pad and BE CAREFUL with your drinks being around it. Spilled my drink and the RGB lighting went Poof, No surprise. Ill be purchasing another one to replace this one. Overall Great Product

I bought this pad for gaming and it is absolutely fantastic! Super smooth for moving my Razer Deathadder Elite across, and the RGB lighting blends in with all my other Razer devices in common lighting profiles. Great buy and addition to your Razer-family periphreals!
