overall the design and quality feels very nice but the thing I hate the most is that it does not lay flat on the desk. it kinda waves/wrinkles up in the middle. so frustrating

I was worried about the warping some people seemed to get, but mine has no problem laying flat at all. The RGB strip is great, Im curious what it is made out of.

Tuve que descocer las esquinas para poder acomodar la fibra óptica. también cortar el interior para poder ajustarla perfectamente al tamaño del tapete y que no quedara arrugado.
