I contacted razer first hoping I just did something wrong but Razer in the end deemed the device Broken and told me to contact amazon for a replacement, at first I didnt hear back from amazon so had to get my friend to contact them in the end they said they cant replace it But I can sending it back for my money back which I was gonna do but it was gonna be over $100 to send back and I would only get refunded $20 of the cost of shipping it back. Now Im stuck with a mouse that is useless to me and cant do anything about it. Im very disappointed with this experience.
