Birthday gift for my three year old grandson. He has been riding a three wheel scooter so he is learning to balance on two wheels. Very strong and folds up neatly.

I bought the Razor A2 for my sons 5th birthday. It fits his size really well, but I would be concerned about an older kid. I noticed that the platform is too short for him to fit both of his feet comfortably when coasting. Two years ago, I purchased a Razor Cruiser model for my older son and that one not only has larger wheels, but a MUCH larger platform (I can easily put both feet on that one). If your kid is 6 or older, Id consider the Cruiser model.

Ive had many razor scooters over my lifetime, some lost and some taken by siblings. I got one for my kid and I must have gotten a dud because it wont unfold 75% of the time. We just keep it unfolded and against the garage wall now. I still love the brand, but irritated at this one because of the folding issue.

Some weeds in Utah have thorns on them which cause bicycle to get flat tires often. The material of the scooter tires is solid so the tires cant go flat. This is a great benefit for little kids who are riding in the grass a lot where the thorns cant be seen. The way that Razor used to keep the handle bars in the right position was to use a clamp around the steering post. I was often realigning the handlebars for many kids on my block. Razor could have done a much better job of designing this feature. Other than that, the scooter was quite good.

My 4-year old little boy doesnt miss a day when he rides his Razor scooter. He kept riding my daughters Barbie scooter, and I shopped all around trying to find a new scooter that was affordable and durable. This scooter was the ticket! He loves riding it. The wheels are amazing smooth and the build is of good quality. The one complaint, although minor, is that its hard to collapse, but we never really need to because hes riding it everyday. This was by far the best purchase for my little boy for this year. It has helped him learn balance and skill which will prepare him to lose the training wheels on his bike.

I bought this Razor scooter from Amazon because I got a good deal on it. I bought it for a young daughter of a family that were friends of mine. She chose the color before I bought it. Razor scooters are very popular in this neighborhood. There are some other brands of scooters that are stronger, no doubt made for heavier individuals such as adults. However, Razor makes very nice scooters for kids. The kids like them a lot. They are sturdy and take a lot of abuse. This girl likes her scooter a great deal.

My son used to have a scooter that he begged for but after I bought he barely ever rode. When he asked for a new one I was kind of hesitant because I didnt want to spend money for something that was just going to sit in the garage. I bought my son this scooter for Christmas and boy was he happy! He rides it just about every day. It looks great and is very sturdy.
