Reading Blaster Ages 9 - 12 (Jewel Case)

I remember playing this game when I was a kid and I absolutely LOVED it!!! I love the fact that it has an actual story line and its not just mindlessly having you figure out puzzles for no reason. I was just thinking about this game the other day and how I still wanted to play it again even though Im now well past the age limit! It may not be new, but I 100% recommend this game!

I choose this CD because it works. Children love the many activities which are presented in game like mode. It proves that reading can be FUN. Children can work independently and there is quick feedback as to progress and areas of concern. Ages 7-12

as advertised, low cost. make sure it will run on your computer as it is an older product

Purchased this for my 10 year old, but he played it one time and never looked at it again. He did not like it very much. I played it and thought it was fun but Im not the one who needs to be interested in the game.

I have used Reading Blaster for over ten years with my students, and I still love it. They have a great time learning vocabulary, grammar and all sorts of reading skills. This updated version works great with Vista.

I bought this for my son who is struggling in reading. This is not a great tool for him. It is good for more advanced readers. Its a CD so the graphics are so-so. I was disappointed

My 9 year-old absolutely loves this game, she was excited about it being a mystery and kind of ghoulish. She played for over an hour and was fully immersed in the game. The bad part is that the disc has to remain in the computer for the game to run and the game will not work on Vista 64-bit windows, but it works just fine on the 32-bit version.

Played this classic when I was much younger and still have fond memories of it. It likely will NOT work with Windows Ten. However, its fairly simple to rig a VirtualBox to run Windows XP or Windows 98.

I bought this game because I had it when I was a kid! It was a very fast delivery and worked great! I was really excited and glad I made this purchase!
