> 3 dayThis is exactly what we were looking for. We are renovating our home and have Wi-Fi disconnected and we needed something to work so we could keep an eye on our property. Perfect option for lots of different circumstances where Wi-Fi is not an option.

15-01-2025Finally a security camera that solves all the little problems. Wifi goes out, solved because this can operate over a Cellular connection. No outlet nearby, no problem, power comes from a solar panel. Need to speak to someone, no problem, this has 2 way talk. A little pricey, but so far worth the money.

14-01-2025My new house has a tract of land where its not practical to set up WiFi or power in the corners (first world problems, I know!) so I was looking for something either offline or cellular powered (ideally the latter). This came with 100MB of free data so I figure Id give it a try as it was priced competitively - the alternatives either didnt come with a SIM or you had to prepay for data. I did have a minor setup issue where the initial cellular connection took more than 30 seconds (as specified in the manual), but rebooting it and waiting a bit longer solved the problem. But overall - the cell signal is strong enough, image is clear on a remote connection, solar keeps the internal battery topped up, and panning control all work as expected.

> 3 dayThis would be good if this can use wifi also. Else, this would be a good fit for any residential purpose.

Greater than one weekI don’t think I have ever been as disappointed in an electronic product in my life. I followed the directions to a T, because I had to, because absolutely nothing in the directions. They said worked the way it did actually work that way. I have set up tens of cameras prior to this and I have never had this much of an issue setting up a camera. The SD card that comes with it is so small that it can’t even run the camera for more than 15 minutes. You have to continually go into the app and delete any recordings or screenshots that the camera has taken or that you have accidentally taken, for this to even stream. And then, even after that 75% of the time the app says no SD card detected , or some confusion verbiage about their not being enough battery life, even though the app says it has 100% battery. Installing this was a pain in the butt. With some thing, that’s heavy, you want a stronger base and some thing that can attach in a variety of ways. The only way that this can attaches with screws to a wall. The base is pretty crappy plastic and won’t last long in the sun, same as the base for the solar panel. I wanted to put this on a pole, so I had to Jerry rig it to be able to hook it to a pole clamp type fixator. No matter how many options I change in the app, this does not alert me when it sees motion in the area I specified in the app, or any area. You have to physically go into the app and load the camera, which takes forever even on amazing Internet. Speaking of the app, you can’t even view your video stream without asking you to purchase something every single time. It is annoying enough to have to download an additional app, and learn that app and all its poorly translated phrases. I don’t mind doing so as long as the product works as it says it does in the instructions and on the listing. Lastly, the image quality is extremely terrible. Like laughable terrible. During the day, everything is bleached out, and you can only see the detail, and if something is high contrast. And then that you cannot see any detail just vague shapes. During the night, if you want to see anything, you have to turn the cameras light on from the app. And even then you can only see a portion of the screen. This is definitely not something you want to spend your money on. It is not even worth $10. I have not yet put my own SD card in it, but I am planning on doing so, to see if it changes anything. Because as of right now this is useless.

> 3 dayCamera was easy to setup and install. I like the panning feature, and the image clarity is excellent. The solar charging feature works very well. I would highly recommend this camera.

> 3 dayThe light is powerful enough to see colors clear as it wasnt midnight. In a close distance, in my case, the quality its one of the best I have ever tried in a camera, the 2K resolution helps a lot when its about zooming

> 3 dayWas a bit hesitant on making this purchase due to the cellular service requirement and solar charging. Ended up being the best purchase yet for me. Since there was no need for power, I was able to mount the camera on a high location where vandal cant access. The view
