Ordered after seeing demonstrations online about its use after tattooing. Applied first night after tattoo and product has stayed well attached and is protecting the area well. Plan on replacing every 48 hours which is more than they recommend but want recovery and healing to be quick and clean. Recommend over normal bandages or scrub and air out.

Adheres to the skin really well. When applied correctly it’s almost invisible. We did have some extreme heat which caused my skin to react to. It didn’t hurt until after I took it off. I haven’t worn the shield in 2 days and I still react to heat in the area I was wearing it.

As a tattooed person I’ve had artists use all different brands and the results are basically identical. However, this brand leaves the worst residue every time. There is so much left over adhesive on my skin for 2+ that is incredibly difficult to clean off. It picks up tons of lint and hair and gets on my clothes. It definitely works as intended but I avoid this brand just because the stickiness is so bad.
