I used glycerin soap base that had some lavender oil infused. I did chill the soap within the molds, inside my refrigerator, until the soap was cold. I also found it helpful to have the molds on baking sheets BEFORE I poured the soap into them, since silicone is very flexible. I gave the soaps as Mothers Day gifts to family, and they were very impressed!
