Was using this to polish steel, so might not have been idea for that purpose.

Worked great on my bone carvings

I used this jeweler’s rouge to remove the lacquer (BP) finish on Dirilyte flatware. I used both a dremel rotary tool and a bench buffer with the product. The jeweler’s rouge proved to be more effective than any other method I tried to remove the lacquer. My only complaint is that I was only ably to buff/polish 25 flatware pieces with one bar of the product.

I hadn’t used Jeweler’s Rouge in years. This product did exactly what I expected. I used it to “fill & polish” a few minor scratches on an iWatch and a pair of Sunglasses. Kept me from having to get things replaced

The block of rouge is tiny. I was expecting it to be much bigger. It works fine, though.
