I was unaware that these lights are also AUTOMATICALLY TIMED!! On for 6 hours, off for 18 hours. I didnt see that these are timed in the description at all so it was a great surprise. These are fantastic, especially for those that want to use it for battery operated outdoor lighting. The lights are also very bright and the modes are even better. Very easy to use, definitely recommend, and plan on buying more.

This product more then met my expectations, although there weren’t clear directions on how to operate the remote control process. I went on UTube and found a video. You have to operate the remote control close to the battery boxes. The timer function works, and I am very pleased with this product.

Very excited to get these, but confused since no real instructions - just 8 different modes of lights from solid to flashing to dimming...etc. I was a little frustrated because I could not find any indication of a timer feature. Oh well, put them on at 5pm and figured Id just have to turn them off in the morning. But I did not have to!!!! They were automatically on a timer (6 hours on, 18 hours off). Its what I thought I bought, its what I couldnt figure out, but its what happened! SO, Im writing this review to let others know that yes, there is a timer built in!!! (and everything works great on 3 AA batteries.

No need to drag out extension cords and mess with complicated timers

1. The 3 AA batteries dont last very long. After about a week, the lights grew noticeably dimmer! This means it will take a lot of batteries to run these lights year-round, which was my intention. Very disappointed about that. 2. There are about 6 functions on the control, but I ended up only wanting to use the stay on all the time function, because the various flashing modes were just not pleasing. I wanted a TWINKLE function, like what fireflies look like! NOT an unsettling rhythmic pulsating flash. None of the functions actually twinkle slowly. It ends up looking like its too busy and just is not aesthetically pleasing, so you just have to leave them on. None of the other functions is acceptable. 3. The product information does not say so, but the lights go off automatically after about 6 hours. Then they apparently come back on after about 6 (?) more hours (Im still trying to assess what the pattern is, but its not apparent from the instructions that the lights do this. I would NOT purchase this product again, for the above reasons.

One set of the 2 pack went dim. Can barely see the lights at night. Everything else works as expected.

Omg for 9$ these are amazing!! Better than the 20$+. These made my house look fabulous for Halloween I got so many compliments! Battery live last a LONG time! If your trying to decorate on a budget these are your answer- they look and work AMAZING!!!! 10-10
