REDGO USB AC Power Supply Adapter Cable 9 Feet / 3M for Xbox 360 Kinect Motion Sensor, Black

I tried this cable with two different Kinect 360 sensors, and it wouldnt power up either one of them. I also tried with two different computers, and neither one could detect the Kinect. One of the computers kept popping up errors about a USB surge any time this cable was plugged in, regardless of whether the Kinect was connected or not.

Worked perfect right out of the box!

Im giving four stars because the first time I ordered this product was around Christmas time for my kids Christmas gift...XBox 360 kenect. It worked great for about a week then overheated and quit working. I arranged to have it sent back and Amazon of course sent the new one back next day which happened to be a Holiday. The new one arrived before I could send them the broken one back because Fedex was closed on that day. Anywag, the new Kinect Adapter works great. We have had it for about 2 months now and have had no lroblems with it at all.

I bought a Kinect sensor for our ancient Xbox 360 Arcade and knew I needed an adapter. I chose this one and it works great. Pleased with the product so far.

Hooked right up to the 360 kinect. Plugged it in to the PC and presto.

Nothing much to say here. Its an adapter and it does exactly what I want it to do. I use it with my pc in my room so the cable is more than long enough for my needs.

Does the job!

This did not work, and actually destroyed the USB port I plugged it into. I plugged the Kinect into it, I plugged the power adapter into power, and then plugged the USB port into my PC. There was a loud pop, and the smell of Ozone, and the PC rebooted. I immediately unplugged it from the PC, but the damage was done. My front panel USB ports no longer work, and I have not tried to use this on anything else.

The first one I got from this seller did not work but the seller replaced and Im very satisfied
