The ropes are easily removed to toss them into feeders. This is not the same mineral salt as those hard red bricks mine refuse to eat. Much cheaper here than anywhere else on line. I order them 9-12 at a time and I haven’t had a broken one show up in the box yet. Yes I would buy this and anything else I needed from this seller again. :)
