> 3 dayI dont know if this happens with all mouses, but every time I try to scroll up, it scrolls up for a little, but then it scrolls down when Im scrolling(same for scrolling down), and for a gaming mouse, that could be a problem. And it is a problem for me when I am trying to game. In all, I think the item is really good for gaming if it did not have the problem.

> 3 dayFollow-up Redragon sent me a replacement, so I will update if things change 1 YEAR EDIT The scroll wheel on this mouse is now scrolling up when I scroll down. Why did I stay with this mouse for so long you may ask? The shape is really nice, and because this mouse is a bootleg of the G502, I will have to wait for the G502 to go on sale before I can be rid of this horrible mouse. 1 MONTH EDIT My return window ended yesterday, and literally today the mouse developed this horrible screeching noise from the scroll wheel. Its the same sound that you hear when a dentist drills into your teeth. Awful. Shape is still great, but this noise is horrendous. Also the battery only lasts for 1 month at most. I have gone through so many mice well over the price of this mouse, and this has the best shape of any mouse Ive tried by far. This mouse is cheap, and it feels cheap as well. Very strange creaking sounds coming from the scroll wheel and the sensor is absolutely awful. The only real reason that I am keeping this mouse is because other mice hurt my ring and pinky fingers horribly. If this mouse had a better sensor and slightly better shell, it would beat out any other mice on the market, but for such a reasonable price, maybe Im asking for too much?

> 3 dayIt is heavy. Also sometimes the sensors doesnt read movement. This happens when I rest my whole hand on the mouse. Ive had 7-8 dollar mice that I liked better than this one. However I was offered a full refund. So the mouse itself wasnt great but the customer service was amazing. So maybe not this mouse but I would recommend buy from CElectus. Great company.

Greater than one weekI purchased this mouse based on the appearance, design and the reviews of others. I also just wanted to cut the cord as my wired mouse would sometimes interfere with movement during gaming. It has taken a little time to get accustomed to this mouse because its movement has a different feel from the wired one. It is difficult to attest to the durability of this product as Ive only had it such a short time. I use rechargeable batteries in this mouse and am still on the first charge. I never turn the mouse off but rather leave it in the econo mode. It has plenty of buttons for gaming options and it fits in ny hand well.

> 3 dayThey replaced the product by reaching out to me. I have had the product for 6 months. It broke in the 4th month. It started becoming nonresponsive. They reached out by themselves and replaced it. Maybe I had a faulty piece or something. I will further review this product in a few months after using my new one and seeing its durability.

> 3 dayThis mouse is absolutely amazing. It fits comfortably in my hand, with a textured feel that grants a very pleasurable gaming experience. It has a number of buttons and dpi options available for those needing more than your typical left and right click. Its laser is very accurate, as iI can use the mouse on a variety of surfaces, even on the super cool eco setting, which is basically a power saving mode. This feature is great for power users, and definitely keeps you from wasting batteries. This mouse is 100% complete plug and play with my win10 machine; all i had to do was pop in the small nano usb dongle and get to clickin. It came in a cheeky, Red Dragon semi transparent, grey plastic case, which you can repack your mouse in when youre traveling. My favorite part of this product is the LEDs that glow on the scroll wheel, chassis, and the piece de resistance, the memorable Red Dragon logo, which glows red and just looks freaking awesome. I have played Starcraft 2 with one of those expensive Razer mouses, and honestly, both this company and the mouse blows it / them out of the water, with the sheer brilliance of their customer support and device performance, customization, and affordability. My sister has a Razer laptop that crapped out on her, and customer support didnt even get back to her after a few emails, but send one email to Red Dragon, and they will resolve your issue in no time. All in all, this mouse performs again and again in style. Plus it wont break your bank. It is truly a gaming mouse made for the people. I am super satisfied with my investment and will be back for all my mouse needs ^-^ 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE 10/16/2019 After over a year of using my mouse extensively on a daily basis, at home and at school, it stopped accepting batteries :( I reached out to the LTC / RED Dragon support team and was given the most amazing service and support from a Mrs. E. She helped me troubleshoot the issue with my mouse with ease, and was highly communicative throughout the whole process, and helped me resolve my issue quickly. Since my original review I have purchased another one of these for my wife, and she could not be happier with her mouse. Even with my mouse breaking on me over a year later, this has been the best mouse investment either of us has ever made, and Im looking forward to the replacement I have on the way. RED DRAGON ALL DAY BABY!!!

> 3 dayBack in 2015, I bought a Bestton E-3LUE Master of Destiny Mouse for under $30 here on Amazon. This delightful blue mouse came in a nice box, was made of pleasant to touch materials, and happily performed its duty for 5 years. Sadly, its time in the spot light came to an end when the left button stopping functioning properly. Twice as Sadly, this mouse is no longer for sale. Enter the Redargon M690-1, a similarly shaped red devil, which while a bit more pricey than the Master of Destiny, would hopefully take over from where the E-3lue left off. First impression, the box it came in was cheap. Where the Master of Destiny came in a box with molded panels to safely contain the precious package, the Dargon only had a thin, clear formed plastic insert. This theme of thin plastic continued into the mouse itself. Its light, and not in a good way. Holding the mouse doesnt give me the feeling its prepared for the work I have in store for it. Like if I hold it the wrong way, it will just break. Ive only used it for maybe 5 hours total, and the pads the mouse slides on are already scuffed and damaged. The clicking action is okay, but again, not confidence inspiring. It feels light, and it feels cheap. Whereas my delightful E-3lue lasted 5 years without any complaint, I doubt Ill get a full year of satisfaction from the M690-1. If only the Master of Destiny were still for sale. TL:DR- Its a completely okay mouse, I guess, but when youre standard is the Master of Destiny, any old Dargon just doesnt cut it.

> 3 dayA super comfortable mouse to use during long sessions of gaming or work. I had the M690 for years before I got the M690-1 and I can say the quality from the previous was upheld. Pros: -fits well in the hand -adjustable dpi -long battery life -great price -medium weight, not too heavy or light -pads on bottom move easily across the table -the rubberized exterior is soft and easy to hold on to Cons: -the left side has a button that is hard to reach -I am not a personal fan of the side texture Overall I love this mouse and would recommend it to anyone looking for a gaming mouse to bring on the go.

> 3 dayI got this mouse because I had the wired Red Dragon gaming mouse with the numbered buttons on the side and it came with software that let you hotkey ctrl+c and ctrl+v to the buttons which helped me a lot with work. I thought this mouse would have the same capability but despite my best efforts, I could not get it to work. I tried downloading the software from the website to see if that would allow me to do it but the software for this one didn’t allow the same customization as the other mouse I had. It’s still pretty good, though.
