The case itself is very thick and sturdy, and it holds up really well. There are two zippered sides, and one of my zippers is a little difficult to pull through its track, but it still closes. It holds almost all of my makeup, but then again, Im a makeup artist who has a lot of products. For the average user, this is great. I also like that the strap is adjustable and can convert the case to be carried on your back. Makes it much easier when travelling with it.

I love this makeup bag. It is big, sturdy, has lots of pockets and areas to organize your makeup, or whatever you choose to put in this bag. My only complaint is that the bag itself is a little heavy, but it is to be expected of a heavy duty makeup bag.

She originally ordered this in medium but found it was too small so I ordered her the larger one so that she would have everything she needs in one spot to carry to her wedding venue. It worked out perfectly. I kept the smaller one for myself and love it!

Holds lots of makeup

It appears you can change the size of the boxes but only if you keep the middle part directly in the middle. It gets dirty easily. So a plastic lining would have been better to be able to wipe than foam

Love the storage in the bag but im always on the run on the weekends and i bought it specially because i saw it has a backpack strap so i can have my hands free for my extra stuff & it was a bummer when that was NOT included!!!! I have a big gig this weekend and was looking forward to using it. I have msg the seller but not answer yet super disappointed.

Dividers didn’t hold very well for me might have been a defect in mine? The exterior is very sturdy and has a loop to put around your luggage handle. Great customer service from the manufacturer.
