My septuagenarian mother has crippling arthritis that makes it difficult for her to hold on the the remote. With the case it is easier for her to handle the remote and she drops/loses it less often. She is very happy with it.

I love this case for the Apple remote. The case helps prevent the remote falling in between the couch and easy to hold. I wish I knew about this sooner.

We have two of these. The first was for the tv in the living room, where we have ceramic tile. Every time the remote fell on the floor the touchpad would shatter. So after replacing it a couple of times we got this protective case. Problem solved. Then we got another for the tv in the bedroom, where we have carpet, so falling on the floor was not a problem. But the remote is so small and smooth that is was forever getting lost in the covers. We got the blue case because it’s easy to spot, and being rubber keeps it from sliding around so much. Makes it much easier to keep track of the remote. Also, actually makes them easier to handle and operate.

Bought this after I accidentally dropped my control and it cracked. This is my second one because I have two remotes. Decided on a brighter color so I could find it more easily.
