I have horrible allergies and this seems to help with the drainage as weird as it sounds . I’d start at my chin area then work it up to my ear then down my neck and repeat it a few times . I love it

Greater than one weekI’ve used this multiple times. I really don’t know if it works but I will say I can tell when I don’t use it and I have major sinus issues. When I use it I feel like the drainage is more and the swollen was less
