I ordered the Eufy replacement parts from Amazon (because I purchased my Eufy robot vacuum from Amazon - and it is really fantastic!) The replacement pack that Amazon offers is NOT manufactured by Eufy and you will be very disappointed. While a few reviews did say that the roller brush didnt fit their machine, it did fit in mine. HOWEVER, the side brushes were the biggest issue for me... the bristles would fall out! The photo Ive attached with my review shows that only one bristle bunch has fallen out, but I have had more than one where all three bristle bunches fell out, and they are difficult to remove for replacement. Frustrating to spend money on something that doesnt work. Purchase the replacement pack directly from Eufy so that you will be happy with the product you receive.

With cleaning out the trash bin and blowing out the filter weekly you will find that you will not use these quickly...but filters stop up and brushes wear out. We are glad we did.

These filters are too short and would not work anyway since they do not have the necessary mounting frame. There is a difference between a 11S and a 11S Max. My mistake. These were shipped and received very quickly. They seemed well made.

The brushes are already falling apart way faster than the originals, theyre going bald! but they give you so many that I guess it balances out ---EDIT: Never mind!! I cant even get the brushes off to replace them!! No clue how Ill remove them. The original ones would come off way easier. What a disappointment!!

These are garbage. They disintegrate the first use.

Everything works fine and dandy, the spin brushes are easily falling apart. Be careful when taking them off because you can easily rip the bristles off and then your stuck.

Replacement parts are junk. They are very difficult to remove. The bristles easily fall out of the side sweepers. Do not recommend.

I have an Euffy robot vac, which I absolutely love. These parts work perfectly.
