They are very necessary for a Dyson Vac and very affordable item.

It works okay and gets the job done. It can be very finicky. I’ll put a new filter in, and the filter light will come on and it’ll be pulsing on/off. Once you tweak it a bit more then it’ll work okay. The filter usually only last 3-4 vacuums before it won’t work and needs to be cleaned out.

Really good price for 3 filters. These dyson cordless vacuums seem to be very finicky so its nice to have some extra filters around when the clogged light comes on. Were heavy users of this vacuum with 2 pets so when it doesnt work, its very annoying. I tried cleaning the original filter and that only works so well. Getting a new filter is really the answer.

Had clogging his shoes with the original filter even after washing. Bought the new filters and its all the clogging error message.

So I don’t think this will last as long as the dyson filters but for the price of one dyson filter you get three which is a great deal

I bought these filters to replace the original Dyson filter and another brand of aftermarket filter. These filters have restored my Dyson Vaccuum to its original power. They also perform like the original Dyson filter. I have been using a different brand of filter for 1.5 years. The other brand of aftermarket filter whistled and drove my dog crazy. These filters DO NOT produce a high pitched sound. They are great.

I wanted to buy these because of the deal but thats just what I got. A deal. I have the Dyson v10 animal cordless and it states these will fit my vacuum. Its an extremely tight fit. The vacuum makes a high pitch noise and then stops working and the filter light comes on. I tried every filter in the pack I received and they all do the same thing. I do not believe these are for the v10 animal so buyer beware.

I purchased this after reading all of the positive reviews. It does fit my V10, but the vacuum sounded differently when its turned on. Its more muted, as if there was an obstruction to the air flow. The suction power is reduced as well. I returned mine promptly.
