Just got these yesterday. Did a FitOn workout with them this morning. They are very sturdy and stay put. I used the light & medium bands. I am looking forward to doing more workouts. I use YouTube, FitOn and gethealthyutv. I also love the colors. Very satisfied with my purchase

I love that there are four different sizes. They are perfect for a wide range of exercises. Much safer than the rubber style loops.

The bands seem very strong and durable. My only complaint is the total circumference of them. As someone with larger thighs starting out and who always used the latex bands before swapping to these, I didnt expect them to be so snug when I slipped them on. Once my thighs start slimming though it wont be such an issue. Still unsure about the range of motion and how well its going to work out trying to use them around my lower legs while standing though. Overall, they appear to be good quality! Ive already used them and they were nice and firm and dont seem like theyre going to stretch out easily like the reviews Ive read on other ones.

So far I am very happy with my purchase. I have only used the medium band so far, but the band stayed in place and did not roll like other bands I have purchased.
