It works. That should be the reason to buy it. I have an invalid in my home who regularly misses the toilet. I have a toilet rug around the toilet, but the smell does not wash out. Before I launder it, I spray it and THEN I wash it. I also spray around the toilet after I have cleaned it. Be careful of this. It makes the floor very slippery. So far, this is the only product I have tried that totally removes the urine odor without leaving an odor of its own.

Worked great for me to get the yellow stain around the edges off Mattress. The stain was fresh but not wet in any way. Just sprayed it on and it disappeared as I rubbed it with rag. As I dried it with hair dryer I noticed a urine smell so I sprayed the center and blotted and continued dryer and smell left. I had wife check it when I was done and she and her nose could not find the area. Very pleased with this product.

A little expensive but works great, in every single place I used it works excellent.

Found this product from watching Twin Home Experts. Had a rat get into my house and used this to get rid of the urine stains. it worked great, was easy to use, and made the area smell great!

This is a product that is highly recommended in the feline industry!! I had a cat that was using pee pee pads for a while and instead of washing them every single time that she went one pee on it, I would spray this stuff on the pee spot and it would eliminate the odor so she could reuse it a few times!! Nothing works better in my opinion!

Works like magic! Sometimes my cats has a accident wink wink and this totally removes any smell!

Im not sure what it was that got into a part of the wood in my living room but I tried everythibg and this is the only one that worked...but momentarily.. Id spray it and it took away the smell for about a week. I jist need a new floor ( smells more like a dead animal smell, possibly in my crawl space) , and this product actually worked for it.. Great product but not a permanent fix for something in the actual wood.

I have some cat peeing issues. We bottle fed and nursed back to health 4 abandoned kittens and I guess growing up not having a cat mother and in and out of the Vet left them with issues….This stuff works great! It works on hard surfaces as well as fabrics. I cover my sofa with blankets which can be washed but cat pee leaks through. Sometimes I need to do two rounds…spray, let it dry and spray again. It completely illuminates the smell. It does leave what looks like a water ring which comes out when I wash the couch cushion slip cover. Sometimes you just cannot pull the couch slip covers off immediately so this works in the interim. Plus I spray the bare couch cushion when the slip cover is in the wash. I highly recommend. I have this on auto delivery.

I have three dogs and nine cats. We moved into a new to us home last year, going from no carpet to miles of it and boy, have we used a lot of this product! It does a great job and even if we will have to replace the carpets eventually, because nothing really gets that out, this makes the place livable.
