Fresh and clean retainers every day. Recommended by my orthodontist. I will never be without this stuff. And Dentsply is a name you can trust. Retainers are best when in water when not in use. I rinse my retainer when I take it out, put it in the case and fill it with water. I add 1/2 tablet, and in 15 minutes you are good to go!

I have been using these for over a year now and I love them. You get quite a few in one pack & they are easy to use and dissolve quickly. My retainer is always crystal clear and they leave no weird taste.

This product was recommended by my periodontist for keeping my nightguard clean. Works very well. Have used it for several years.

I use a nightguard, and the thought of not using this - well, I really dont want to put a nightguard back in my mouth without cleaning it well first, so I use this with some water and one of those vibrating devices used for cleaning jewelry. Works great, and the tablets keep it fresh.

have used for a couple yrs now & very pleased ~ before I found these I had no good way to clean the retainers but this was recommended and I have not looked back ! easy , affordable and does a good job. Told my dentist abt this product and he & hygienist wanted the name to recommend to others. They travel well too!

I ordered these because my neighbor is a hygienist and she said that she had used this product for a while and loves it. When I took my retail to have them cleaned at my dentist appointment she said their was hardly anything on them. Thanks for a great product!

Ive used this to clean my retainers since I got my braces off in 2016 or so. I noticed a lot of the top reviews here complained about the old vs new formula, so I took a picture comparing both: the top one is the old formula and the new one is the newer formula. For confused readers, basically what happened was that RetainerBrite changed its packaging (from purple RetainerBrite branding to white Dentsply Sirona branding) and its formula. Then people complained, and now the packaging is purple again but the new formula is the same. I think this new formula makes the color blue for longer, but the water eventually goes back to clear with some time. I think the new formula works better for my retainers, personally. I think theres plaque the new one is getting rid of that the old formula didnt. My retainers are transparent and clean after daily use with these tablets. No taste, either, but I rinse with water after soaking them in RetainerBrite, so I cant speak to that. I think there is a smell once the tablet goes in, but my retainer container has a lid, so Im not bothered at all by it.

I ordered a refill supply of Retainer Brite to get me through the remainder of my invisalign treatment despite seeing the reviews that the packaging and formula had changed. I received the product two days ago and concur with all the latest reviews. The box is the same, the tablets are definitely not. The old tablets (that worked very well) had white packaging with the words Retainer Brite in purple and the website in purple. The new tablets have gray text that says Dentply Sirona. The difference: the old tablets didnt have a smell and had foaming action that seemed to really clean your retainer/appliance. Once you dropped a tablet in, the warm water you added turned the mixture a vivid blue which turned clear between 15 and 20 minutes. The new tablets have a strange chemical smell from the moment you open the tablet package. The water still turns blue, but there is zero foaming action. Essentially, it looks like water with blue food coloring. The blue color dissipates very slowly and leaves a residue on your retainer/appliance. I bought a six month supply, so I wont have to buy them again, but believe the latest reviews. Theres probably something a lot better out there now. Im going to be scrubbing my invisalign trays with soap after each tablet. *Update - after using three tablets, I decided to return the whole order. These just dont do anything other than color the water. Ive ordered the cleaning tablets by M3 Dental and will leave a comparison review once Ive used them.

Both my son and I have retainer like mouth guards. So the dentist recommended this brand of retainer cleaner when we picked up my sons orthodontic appliance. I find it does a very good job of cleaning mine and my son hasnt complained about it. I find it does leave a nasty aftertaste if it is not rinsed well enough. But a quick swish with mouthwash usually fixes that. It works like denture fizzy cleaners but is formulated for retainers (denture cleaners can damage retainers)
