It is very similar to the Otterbox that I originally purchased with my Series 6 - a little smaller, which some may prefer, but I was used to the size of the Otterbox. All in all, if the Otterbox was still available, I would have purchased it again. Since it is not, this is a close second.

I do a lot of manual labor and trades. I had serious reservations about wearing the watch to work. With the rhino shield it does protect it from smacks and scrapes. I don’t use screen protector s any more on Apple devices, the glass truly is indestructible. I do take the watch off when doing knarly plumbing.

I normally wait a while before reviewing a product but this little thing has astounded me. The fit, form and finish are top shelf. I got black and it perfectly matches the black band of the Apple Watch. Basically, this is how a bumper case would look and feel if Apple made one for their watches. Truly a work of precision and art and I’ve owned tons of cheapish bumper cases. This one is a keeper! Kudos to the designers and manufacturers!

I saw this Rhinoshield for Apple Watch available on Amazon and i figures I would give them a try to protect my brand new 5. It was super easy to install and the cutouts fit perfectly for the screen and the buttons on the watch. I would say it is on par with Speigen’s Apple Watch protector.

I put a black case on my black series 5 aluminum 44mm and it really seems to do the job. Fits very close, raised lip around the screen, doesn’t interfere with straps, crown or buckle. Smooth matte black. I don’t like logos or manufacturers names on things- this has “rhinoshield” in small black on black letters next to the lower band slot that you really can’t see unless you look for it and angle the watch a certain way. Slim and tight vs loose, bulky or cumbersome as a case. My overall impression is that this looks like a pretty good & effective product- certainly more protection than no case but perhaps not as super protective as others. I do not have a screen protector but can see how the snug fit could interfere with one. I did have to refer to the instructions briefly to see how it comes apart and then slides in a certain way, but it wasn’t a difficult install. 14 month update: I still have this on my watch everyday and it’s still working great. You may decide to take it apart after a few months to get all the parts clean- if you do, be sure to clean the underside of the side button. Mine got some dust/debris under it and the button was not crisp to push anymore. A quick cleaning and it’s back to normal. Overall the case has protected against many wall and doorknob bumps and other handling and both it and the watch are looking pristine. I feel much better that I have this on and really recommend it as a low cost, unobtrusive but effective protective case. They sell other colors for the top ring if you want to change things up.

The case fit perfectly. Make sure to watch the video if any issues. Little more expensive than my last few Apple Watch bumpers but the look and design look worth it so far. I will update on its durability and protection of the watch.

I am a new Apple Watch owner, and with how I am I am very anxious about damage. Watched a lot of different YouTube videos on the best way to protect my Apple Watch. This brand kept coming up. Decided to go the Amazon route with my order, due to faster shipping and they had the color faces I wanted to order extra. Overall, install was easy, it allows full use of the Digital Crown, side button click is actually more satisfying, and the profile looks clean, low and aesthetic. Happy customer, gonna look at more colors.
