Pretty and sturdy! Perfect for what I needed

I got this because my cat is always walking over my keyboard, and it works great for typing under.

While this acrylic monitor is pretty awesome I don’t think I’ll be using it as intended. I didn’t take into account that my monitor being raised higher might be an issue. I’m so used to looking down that having to look up caused some neck strain. It’s a cool looking unit so I’ll probably turn it into a makeup shelf. My box did not contain the anti smudge gloves and I was weirdly looking forward to those LOL.

Just as described. Adds just the right height for my MacBook. Love it.

Dont judge. I got this for our monitor but was an awkward fit for us. Mainly due to how many extra devices we had around it and cord lengths. This has no bearing on the quality of the stand. This is just our setup. I was also hoping to get my 17 laptop stored under the monitor. If this had worked out, would have been great as the laptop could store under it. Anyhow, as I was going to give up, my other half mentioned an alternative use. So yes, I used it to help organize the toddler shoes that were a disaster on the shelf. Now, noteworthy positives about this shelf/stand. The acrylic is thick and really sturdy! She could hold much more weight then some wooden cheaper ones I have seen out there. It also has grip on the bottom so it doesnt slide if bumped.

This monitor stand is extremely thick acrylic. It’s very sturdy and completely even. I love the clear look. It is sleek and very tidy. The ends have white caps to protect the surface. The caps can be removed easily however. They remind me of those ice skating blade covers. They are a thick silicone and easy to remove or add as needed. Not only do the white caps protect the surface but they also keep the stand from moving. Obviously for a completely clear look, they should be removed. The acrylic is rounded and smooth. There’s nothing sharp or pointy anywhere. The surface is extremely stable and definitely one of the nicer monitor stands I have. I really appreciate the crystal clear look and tough nature of the stand.

Very sturdy and does its job very well

I almost never review items I buy on Amazon, but this monitor stand is gorgeous; its a very thick acrylic, sturdy and beautifully designed, giving a modern, timeless look. Its heavy and wide enough to accommodate the base of my monitor, which is fairly large/wide. Theres room to spare for a scratch pad, pens, etc., so it actually created more usable space. Its a great height and came packaged impeccably, not a spec or scratch anywhere. Great price compared to the others I considered on this site. Huge improvement over the stack of books I was using as a monitor stand before.

We use this at our kitchen table to create a standing work station. It works well for this if you have a taller table. If not, youd want a higher riser. It fits a laptop, but not much else.
