Nice cord overall and volume knob works better than original but the plug that goes into the headset itself is a little lose but hasnt affected the sound or anything

Nice to find them available to replace the ones chewed up by pets .

The original volume wheel/cable included with my RIG 500 started to get crackly and intermittently lose sound in an ear after only 3 months of occasional use on Xbox and PC. I ordered this replacement to use so I could disassemble the original to attempt a cleaning.
