RIG 500 PRO Series Replacement RIG Audio Dial Cable (GEN 1 ONLY)

The original volume wheel/cable included with my RIG 500 started to get crackly and intermittently lose sound in an ear after only 3 months of occasional use on Xbox and PC. I ordered this replacement to use so I could disassemble the original to attempt a cleaning.

This works just as well as the original one that had to be replaced due to the cat.

Plugged them into my headset and they work great!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My old volume control broke so I purchased this as a replacement and it fit my headset perfectly.

When using for the actual headset intended the connection is statically.

Works great on controller. Better than the original and comes with the attachments for Xbox one and ps4

Just bought this for the rubber piece.

This is an OEM replacement cable. Doesn’t get more straight forward than that.

Product works as it should no issues. Glad I could find parts for my headset makes it feel like new again.
