> 3 dayPurchased these as a Christmas gift, my 6 year old girl LOVES them. They’re cute, they do get loud (so monitor volume level), the lights are so fun, and they were super easy to pair. I am not technologically gifted- so loved that they were easy to set up. Weirdly, the cord to adjust them got stuck and they wouldn’t adjust anymore. They still worked great, but we just couldn’t adjust the size. I contacted the seller and they replaced them free of charge… and quickly! Normally, I wouldn’t splurge on something like this, but they were a special gift. Had the seller not sent a free replacement, I probably wouldn’t have purchased again, even though I was completely happy with the purchase, just because they were “pricey” for what I like to spend. However, after reaching out the seller, and the excellent communication, I would absolutely encourage others to purchase these without hesitation. If you run into an unusual situation like I did, the seller stands by their product and customer satisfaction. Buy with confidence and make your little girl as ecstatic as mine is when wearing these!

Greater than one weekMy wife and I have two daughters, ages 7 and 9. They LOVE their electronic devices, and--no lie here--weve gone through at least two dozen headphones for each child. They DESTROY headphones. They dont mean to, but they will pull on cords, drop the headphones, pull and tug them, and--inevitably--they all end up with a short, a broken plastic piece or poor bluetooth connectivity. Ive paid for headphones between $19.99 at my local grocery store, up to $100 for more premium headphones for kids...no dice. So, Im buying another pair. They arrived this week...and Im pretty excited about them. They look and feel STURDY, with a snug fit and good feel. I like that. Love the flashing colors, although my youngest daughter prefers this feature to be turned off. The bluetooth was easy to connect, but difficult for me to locate the right device to connect. But I deleted the old devices and was able to find and connect them. One child is connected to my old Samsung phone, and the other headphone is connected to a Kindle. Look and sound great. My only gripe (if any) is that theyre louder than other headphones (not an issue with noise cancellation; these headphones dont adjust for childrens sensitive ears--so I turned them down and they dont seem to mind adjusting more frequently than other headphones. I submitted my warranty online and received a response the same day. So far, so good.

> 3 dayI love the headphone I received. The first one I received, though it worked, there were a few glitches...not major ones but minor. They reached out to me and asked how was everything going and if I was satisfied. I had not reached out to them because though I was satisfied with my purchase, I did not complain about the few glitches. When I explained to them that sometimes I had to turn it on and off for connection, they immediately apologized and sent me another headphone set of my choosing. These work great and I am completely satisfied. Order from them for your childs headphone needs. You will be glad you did.
