I loved this backpack until the strap broke tonight. I purchased back in July and tonight the strap snapped off of it. Super disappointed I have not had this backpack for very long and the strap should not have broke. Very disappointing!

This is probably my 5th or 6th backpack I’ve tried to order for my laptop. I have the HP Envy 17t that’s 17.3”. I’ve searched extra large backpacks, even filtering to 17+ to get the larger sizes and haven’t found something that was cute and actually fit. I’ve ordered ones that said 17.3 but then I get it and it won’t close. I had a moment where it wasn’t going in the laptop pocket but it was user error and it fits nicely plus the rest of my school stuff goes in there as well. The charging port on the side is nice so I can connect my charger. Feels like a sturdy backpack. Thank you for not lying about the size. I’m grateful. Overall a great backpack!

The charger does not work. To charge have to keep plugged in!! So not ideal for travelling. Contacted seller 3 times, replied twice. Cant be bothered to send back!

I was actually very surprised at the quality and features of this backpack!! The straps are really comfortable, the top opens up really wide so you can see what youre looking for, the inside pockets are great with large pocket and straps for a laptop or files, multiple small inside pockets for little things, and outside pockets for water bottles! Its perfect for travel -and fits a lot of stuff!! I love it and would totally buy this again - my daughter is asking for one for school already!! Highly recommend!!

I love this bag for its capacity. I also really love that it can hold both of my 40oz water bottles easily.

The design is super cute but the bag broke with only being used every other school day from July 28 through Sept 6. The strap snapped at the adjustment latch. Will not be reordering.

Backpack strap broke after only 2 weeks of use. We were out of the return window so we could not send it back.

I am a caretaker for senior citizens and this pack has room for everything I need to carry with me. Lots of great pockets. I cut cardboard to fit and firm up the bottom and it sits up great. I definitely recommend this one!
