There is no way to order replacement parts . What happens. IF THIS ROBOT SURVIVES what happens when your app says your brush life is OVER...Im sure it will stop working. Should have never bought this thing. It works ok now, smarter than most but it seems it dies after a few months ...so I guess thats why they dont offer parts if the thing dies so quickly. Now amazon doesnt offer the unit itself

This is my first Robot vacuum and I did a lot of research prior to purchasing and am loving this unit! It cleans my floors great. I only have carpet in my two bedrooms and the vacuum also works great for the carpet and hardwood floors! I highly recommend this product.

Im a working mom and keeping my house clean is a struggle. I love that I can turn on this vacuum and then work on other things while it cleans. It had great suction too. Only down side is the dirt box that catches stuff isnt the biggest. But if you empty it after each use it does better.

I love this Robot Vacuum . It is such a big help keeping my floors clean. I have two cats so I have a lot of cat hair on my floors and need vacuuming daily. While I have my cup of coffee or are otherwise occupied this Robot vacuum does the work for me. Would definitely recommend

Can not get it to charge or work with app

I bought this vacuum after acquiring my sons dog. She is very hairy and I couldn’t keep up with the cleaning so I decided to try this vacuum. It works great and is quiet. It picks up all the dirt and hair from the dog and kids. Absolutely love it. Thinking of purchasing another for my downstairs rooms

Got this for a Mothers day gift & I LOVE IT!! The app is very convenient & I love that I can set times for it to vacuum or mop & then return back to its charging base or as I call it its home. My house is 1,500 sq ft & I only have to empty/clean the dirt container & filter every 3 days. Definitely a MUST buy if youre a busy mom like myself.

This is my first robot vacuum and I really am happy with it. Picks up so much dust and hair and crumbs. The only complaint I have so far is that it doesnt seem to want to go in a straight line most of the time, especially if I choose wall follow or zig zag. Always misses part of the floor but overall Id say a good vacuum.

I am a senior citizen and I never thought that I’d own a robot vacuum. However, this vacuum is very easy to set up and use, that even I could do it! It has worked real good so far. Before I bought this, I had to vacuum on almost a daily basis because my dog sheds so much hair. Now I can sit back and relax and let this vacuum take care of it for me – it’s so handy. It has an app but I still have a dumb phone, but it probably makes the vacuum even better. I do like the remote that it came with. It’s a great vacuum that saves me a lot of time. Every pet owner should have one!

Do not buy this. If it stops working properly like mine did after two months you are simply out a machine. Company blames Amazon. Amazon blames company. BEWARE FAKE WARRANTY.
