Pretty keyboard but a key cap already popped off and I have no idea when, how or where its gone

Honestly I love this keyboard so much. It has brown switches so the keys aren’t clicky sounding at all, but they still make a very nice soft click. I’ve had it for about a year and a half now. I wanted to write the review to show that the key caps can still be prone to the paint chipping off them. I attached a picture of my “C” key to show how a little piece of it came off. I contacted support by email about getting a new single C key cap and they just decided to send me an entire new keyboard instead. I didn’t need a whole new keyboard, but I guess that’s one way to solve the problem. Support was very quick and helpful though.

Overall, this keyboard is fantastic. It feels amazing to use and the colors are beautiful. I want to recommend this so badly. Unfortunately, after only ~20 hours of regular use, the paint started to wear off the key caps. I am really disappointed because, in my opinion, this is the most attractive keyboard I’ve seen (also, a good white keyboard can be hard to come by). I contacted Roccat and they are taking care of me. But I am still really disappointed in how quickly the paint is deteriorating. Other than that, the build quality is great. Strong plastic and metal.

My first time with this maker of computer keyboards, and this one has exceeded every expectation i had; a first for the last 15 different ones ive purchased in here in less than a year! (Im picky)... Just great; stable, firm, perfect consistent quality key response and is fully customizable; so much so that Id only used about ten settings or so before it was showtime. Havent had to adjust a single thing in at least a month and counting. You folks have a new lifelong customer!!

Note: I am worried about the keys chipping as seen in other reviews and will update this if I run into that. If I havent mentioned it yet - it hasnt happened. This keyboard is LOVELY to type on. Just typing this review is a delightful experience. They keys feel so great and the coating that they have on them is just slightly grippy which really gives a super professional finish. The MX Brown switches are just enough click to not be absurd like MX Blue switches. The LEDS are bright as heck, and insanely smooth. If you select an animated RGB preset youll be amazed how smooth the animations are. This keyboard is everything I wanted and more and because of that I will be ordering more Roccat products in hopes that the quality is the same among their whole lineup.

Best keyboard I’ve owned so far. I’ve had a lot of different ones because I wasn’t always a gamer...I just recently switched from console to pc but I’ve always used computers. This keyboard is perfect for anything you need to do. Need to write a report? No problem. Need to go kill a bunch of bad guys in a game? No problem. And the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with one of my keys (paint chipped) and they fixed it right up for me with no issues or hassle. Amazing company, amazing product.

I love this keyboard I use it at work not for gaming but I type a lot my systems don’t use the mouse much it’s all arrows and f keys And typing It’s great and accurate worth the money spent

This is quite possibly the best keyboard that I have ever used. The key caps feel amazing and typing on it is a pleasure. I purchased the White Variant and the colors pop! The lighting is uniform under each keycap. The keyboard feels very high quality and I love the wrist rest. I decided to come fill out a review just so I could type some more on this. The Roccat Vulcan 122 AIMO is well worth the money. I will be purchasing more Roccat products now.
