> 24 hourLooks identical to photo. However this luggage set is incredibly cheap. The zippers were missing the pull piece and zipper separating at bottom. The material is not very rugged, more like a cheaper thick plastic. The inside liner feels like poor quality umbrella material from a dollar store. Everything about this luggage is low quality and I wouldnt expect it to last more than a few trips. I fully intend on returning and paying more for better quality and craftsmanship. This would be good luggage for storing items long term, but not ideal for any traveler. If youre in a bind and need something quick and cheap though, this is it.

> 24 hourUnfortunately, the carry on pull handle broke even before we arrived to the airport. We had issues with the airline because we could not push the handle down for carryon, they made us check in the bag and of course we had to pay the fee. Disappointed. Returned the product and getting another brand

> 24 hourWe used these suitcases for our most recent flight and cruise. Love them. The colors made finding them at baggage claim a breeze. The cases roll effortlessly, even with one in each hand. Only negative. We lost one of the included locks flying down and one coming back. No notice that TSA had taken them off, so must have just gotten broken off during the baggage handling at the airport, (nothing missing, so cant think of any other explanation). The suit cases and zippers remain strong and functional. May want to buy different locks?

> 24 hourI received this as a Christmas gift. I’ve used the 20” and 28” twice now. They are both defective. Most importantly, the inside zipper on the 28” is defective and the zipper breaks open, so when you get to your destination and open your luggage the contents on the zippered side comes falling out going everywhere. In addition, the inside zipper only zips from one way, which is inconvenience if it did in fact actually stay zip. Also, the 28” is not expandable which is also extremely annoying. As for the 20”, the telescoping handle doesn’t stay up. You’ll be walking around the airport pushing it and then the handle will just collapse. I’ve not used the 24” yet, but I’m sure there has to be issues with that as well.

> 24 hourBought as a gift and quickly returned. Built extremely poorly and I doubt they would survive one trip.

> 24 hourLight weight and easy to use but on my first trip with the largest suitcase I found the top handle ripped off on one of the attachments to the case when I retrieved it at baggage claim.
