This is easily a 5 star piece of equipment that I had no problems with until randomly this clamp literally just snapped and the entire microphone fell flat on my desk. Weirdest thing. Looks like it just couldnt handle the stress of the microphone (Shure SMB7) over time. Just be aware this crucial component isnt bullet proof and could snap on you apparently haha

Das Stativ tut, was es soll. Ich verwende es mit meinem Rode NT1-A. Das Stativ ist zwar etwas teuer, aber es lohnt sich. Es ist stabil und dennoch beweglich. Daher: 5 Sterne!

The clamp for the desk fits securely and the arm settled in just fine. It was a little stiff at first but with the opposing weight of a yeti mic, shock mount and pop filter I find that the arm is very obliging and stays right where I position it. No complaints here!
