My daughter loves these skates and wants to wear them all the time.

The colors are great and the materials are of good quality. The buckles and straps are easy enough for my 8-year old to do herself, but are simultaneously very durable and lock everything in place to prevent injury. The mechanism to lengthen to skate to accommodate my child as she grows is great and easy to use. It probably will buy you a couple shoe sizes, so that should be good for about a year or two. The wheels roll well, and are of good quality. Im just not sure how long the batteries will last on the flashing wheels. The loop on the back of the skate is great for transporting. The skates also come in large reusable individual bags, but weve repurposed those for holding her wrist guards and knee pads as putting the skate in and out of the bag is a bit of a pain. She is currently zipping around the living room now as I type this review and she is as happy as a clam.

Bought these for 8 yr old granddaughter birthday. She loves them and has plenty of growing room.

This was a gift for a granddaughter, so the adjustable size features were the attracting detail. She likes to roller skate up and down their driveway, and when outdoors is impractical, in the basement. The adjustments are needed to keep them comfortable since she is growing quickly. Hoping shell get more than a year out of them before they cant be expanded any further. Appears well made, no complaints about the wheels or the structure.

I was concerned that the way these skates adjust would cause an unsteady shift, in weight, away from the center: not so! These skates are well balanced, and comfortable for my granddaughter, who is a beginner. They look like they would be heavy and clunky, but they are comfortable and easy to manage. She loves them and practices every day, weather permitting. I would definitely recommend these skates!
