Abby Road
Greater than one weekI am part of a roller derby league that skates at a tennis court. The surface we skate on is like sand paper and really runs down other wheels Ive used that are lower durometers. These are really great wheels for the treacherous surface we skate one and they seem to be sturdy and well made, I can even to hockey stops in these wheels. Surprisingly, for how hard the wheels are, I dont feel all the bumps on the surface. Some of my friends have mentioned that these work well for skate parks. Just FYI, I had to put the bearings in with a bearing press.

> 3 dayBones were recommended to me after being off of skates regularly for 10+ years. They offer a smooth ride that is heads and tails above the wheels that came with my Chicago brand skates. Ive already recommended these wheels to a friend and will continue to do so. Thanks Roller Bones, I glide instead of forcing myself to skate.

> 3 daySo for $50 for 8 wheels this was a pretty good buy. While the purple photo shows a 98A on it, mine definitely came in with 101A on them like the title said. These were great for the skatepark. I had only ever had outdoor wheels with 78A hardness, and switching to these wheels gave a huge change/increase in speed in the park. Not a whole lot of slide but since Im not using these for that exactly, its fine with me. Definitely gotta break them in a little more but I think these were well worth purchasing.

> 3 dayMy one mistake of buying this was telling my wife and daughter how good they are. I had to buy a set of purple and a set of blue ones. Delivered very fast, plan on getting more when i wear these ones on in a few years.

> 3 dayI guess I should have known, but these wheels are unusable on asphalt. No problem with the grip, on the contrary: the wheels are so hard they actually slow you down. And they kill your knees in the bargain. Must be great on a soft and/or very even surface, though.

> 3 dayDefinitely a good purchase. Im a beginner skater and my skates came with 87a indoor/outdoor but I mainly skate indoor . I bought these to roll faster and the roller bones bearing for a longer roll and I can feel and see the difference.
