Greater than one weekI’ve dragged this backpack on numerous trips all over the world and rolled it over cobblestone and all types of surfaces with great results. One wheel finally started shedding it’s “tire” and slid along without turning. I let the company know and they immediately sent out a replacement. This pack is perfect as a carry on and holds enough for a week long trip.

> 3 dayThis bag seems to be better built than a similar bag I had. Everything is done with high-quality components, and I was surprised it has a lifetime warranty. Well see. The dimensions were critical to fit 737 and A320 bins and this bag fits perfectly. Niceties include an internal strap and pockets for documents and computer.

> 3 dayI bought this halfway through my first semester of nursing school. It actually fits all of my books, has the option to be either a backpack or a rolling bag, and is incredibly durable. I am so rough on this bag, but it still looks like its brand new. The small pockets in front are great for holding stethoscopes, pen lights, and all of the things you need to carry around throughout various parts of nursing school!

> 3 dayI purchased this rolling backpack for work primarily. It is perfect for all of my files, laptop, iPad with room to spare. I have not experience water issues so I have this feature 3 stars. Overall its great, I just wish the wheels were larger. I definitely recommend this item.

Greater than one weekI’m giving only 4 stars because I just received the backpack a few days ago. I had ordered a cheaper one before but seemed very poorly constructed so I immediately returned it and ordered this one for double the price. It’s definitely sturdier and padded. Everything fits inside, feels comfortable on my back even on a 15-mile bike ride. Fingers crossed it lasts!

> 3 dayI didnt rate For traveling simply because it has not been used that way. It was purchased for my granddaughter to use in nursing school. She needed something large enough to hold her massive books, her computer, notebooks and other nursing tools. Also it needed to be water resistant (which it is) and durable. She hasnt had it long enough to fully determine durability (which is why I gave it only a 4) but it certainly seems as though it is more than adequate. The wheels work so beautifully. She loves it--and it is so colorful it stands out so it is doubtful anyone else will grab it by mistake. Highly recommend it. Also the seller got it to us in record time. Thank you.

> 3 dayMy old rollinf backpack lost s wheel. Tried a large catalog case but it was too wide to fit down an airplane aisle. another one that claimed it could hold a 17,3 laptop was too small to hold mine. But the new 18 inch bag works perfectly. It also is a bit lighter so it is easier to get in the overhead compartments,

> 3 dayWorks great for traveling and for taking computer and supplies between home and office. Works better than my prior computer suitcase on wheels.

> 3 dayA rolling backpack was what I needed so I could pack my laptop as well as a few essential items. I have at least 2 carry on sized bags that will sit on top of my large suitcase. That is good except for things like train travel. For that, I needed something that could quickly be thrown on my back so I can grab the larger suitcase. The Matein definitely filled this need! My large laptop was put inside a sleeve and it sill went into the large, slim pocket of the Maetin. There should be no issue with laptop fitting as mine is almost 17 inches wide which is much larger than most. The straps secure into a pocket on back for when you want to roll. The wheels rolled perfectly smooth and the handle felt very secure and sturdy. There were plenty of smaller pockets as well. I had no issues with the rolling backpack and loved it. The larger pocket was roomy and I was able to get in my essentials, even an extra pair of shoes. For an overnight or two, you should be able to get what you need packed inside. For me, it is a carry on that supplements my checked bag on a week or longer trips. Even if you arent traveling by train, this is a much more useful bag than the normal carry on.
