These were for my teenage daughters room and she loves them. They dont stick out far enough for her backpack... but she is able to hang her hats and award/medals on them. She is very please.

They are plastic but sturdy enough.

These hangers are so cool! - they come in a set of 3 in different sizes. They are super easy to mount to the wall, and can easily hold my daughters backpack. They are as much decoration on the wall as they are wall hangers. We got the Light Blue, Pink and White for the girls room - as soon as the Red Blue and Yellow get back in stock we will get them as well.

There are no instructions or hardware to hang these on the wall with.
