I think this would make great decor to someones birthday party. I loved the foil curtains, hearts, and all the little different items in this set. All the items are shiny or glittery. It comes with everything you need to hang up too: tape, glue dots for the hearts, and string for the glittery stars. I really love all the colors in this set so this would be perfect for those who love pink. I think the quality of everything was good and held up good (for what this is). One con to this: The Happy Birthday banner came with two Bs instead of two Ps. I ended up not using it.

It was the perfect decoration set for the one room I needed decorated. I had a spa party of 4 girls and this behind them was so prettyyy for the pictures. I was skeptical but I was really impressed and happy with how it came out. 10/10 recommend

The happy birthday banner and hanging tinsle were not assembled. 2 foil balloons ripped.

The whole contents of the package were stuck together. The balloons were melted. There was no banner or swirls!

In the advertised pictures the perception of balloons is off. You will need to but additional balloons to make that big a Garland.

Ordered to decorate for a coworkers birthday the set was great. Easy to set up looked great. I especially loved the long rose gold tassels
