Rothco Canvas Parachute Cargo Bag Extra Large Duffle Bag 75L

The bag seems to be very heavy duty: it has wide and thick straps, box stitching reinforcement, a huge zipper, and heavy canvas fabric. There may be better-made bags out there, but I think itd be difficult to find a bag with better quality for the money. Ill be looking at Rothco gear for future bag purchases. As an aside, the bag is great for storing some emergency supplies in a vehicle (as that shouldnt require much carrying). With so much room and such durable construction, I had no qualms loading it up with a battery charger, some water and food, blankets, etc. Its got quite a heavy load in it, and the bag seems to shrug it off.

Fabric does not appear to be quite as thick as my 40-year-old military issue parachute bag -- but great storage for my winter hunting gear.

My bag is very large but soft and pliable.

I plan to use when I return to the Philippines in May.I like everything about the bag. It’s actual Parachute bag and similar one that I used at Ft.Bragg,NC

Cant say enough good things about these bags! Its almost like they keep getting bigger, the more stuff you put in them! Theyre rough, theyre rugged, and they stand up to abuse. I use one for grip equipment, so there are lots of pokey light stands and other heavy stuff, and this bag just laughs at it! I use another for heavy-duty power cables, probably 60 pounds worth, and this bag just shrugs it off as if its no big deal. Lately Ive been noticing issues with zippers on some of the carrying cases that come with gear Ive purchased. These zippers are REALLY heavy-duty, never catch or snag, and the snaps close over the top of the zippers for further protection. These are truly amazing bags. I used black t-shirt iron-on transfer paper to affix labels to the handles, to differentiate the bags (I have three of them), and it worked great. And the price is simply amazing!!

For the price its well made and can carry alot of tings

I like this bag as it fits my copy of the Isofarian Guard perfectly. The canvas is a little to lightweight to stand up to any heavy loads or rough wear so I would bare this in mind when considering this purchase.

This canvas parachute bag was a great deal for the quality and workmanship. Earlier reviews mentioned that there was not enough reinforced stitching on the straps and no end hooks for attaching an optional shoulder strap but those problems have evidently been corrected. A zipper and heavy-duty snaps also make the opening very secure. I purposely bought a lighter color bag in case there was a chance of color bleeding with a darker color, as I had read in another review. The tan bag test washed well and I saw no signs of fading or bleeding. It was much bigger than I expected, however, so I’ll also order Rothco’s smaller Tactical Cargo Bag for my original purpose. This parachute bag will instead be used for other things, like when we take an extended car trip and want to bring along our own pillows or blankets to use at our destination. There will also be room for adding other things in it because this bag holds plenty.

Not quite the quality of the military flight kit bag, but pretty good quality for the money.
