The original mount always felt wobbly and regularly fell off the windshield. This one feels really sturdy and stays on the windshield. Now, it hasnt gone through a Texas summer yet, so well see how it holds up when its 1257 degrees in the car.

I really like the simple slide on/slide off camera mount. But the original suction cup broke off after a couple years. I got this replacement mount. In the unlock position, its already pulling the suction cup back into the lock position. It wont even try to stick to any piece of flat glass. Rather than monkey with the delay of a replacement, I just stuck it on the windshield with 3M tape.

Bought in Aug 2022 for $11.99. The sun melted the glue and some of the plastic on the original suction cup of my dash cam. I never removed it from the windshield and it suffered the Texas summer. This item is the exact mount that cam with my Crosstour 750 dash cam. No worries about the things fitting together. It works great and I just remove it and the cam from the windshield together now instead of just taking the cam out when driving is done. Would buy again but hope I dont have to for a while.

Original was broken by misused. This was exact replacement.

Previous mount lost suction causing my road camera to collapse.

I had to replace the original one that let go and disappeared somewhere where i may have kicked it out off the floor of my truck..I went with he sticky two-sided 3M tape after this one fell off too.

Id did exactly what it was supposed to do
