Royal Sovereign 3 Mil, Letter Size 11.25 x 8.75 x 0.7 Inches, Thermal Laminating Clear Gloss, 200 Pouches (SCR-003)

I like this product but had problems with the 3mil 8x10 sheets crinkling at the top edges. Unsure if it was the RS pages or laminator itself because it works just fine with 5mil sheets by RS in 4x6 and 8x10 sheets from Scotch brand. Customer service was very good, but return policy isnt. You have to pay to send the machine back after 30 days even though it doesnt work as expected. They figure theres a problem with the rollers, but 5mil sheets work fine so I kept it. Not worth the shipping costs to send back for the price of machine.

I have used these laminating sheets for years with my small heated laminator! Its a better quality than what is used at school and the price just cant be beat!

Weve used this brand of heat sealed pouches with our laminator for several months. Weve never had any issues with the quality and theyre easy to use.

The first of the sleeves I used were great but the second half werent the same size as the others. The larger one were what they were all supposed to be. Couldnt return because at that point Id used over half the box. Make sure you check that all are the same size!

Apparently Royal Sovereign had or still has a 2mm product as well. These 3mm laminating sheets seem thinner/flimsier than the Scotch 3mm laminating sheets of the same size. We held both in our hands at the same time to compare. They are also clearer before laminating, but the finish is similar after lamination. Just know that if youre used to Scotch products, these are not exactly the same. We knew theyd be a tad smaller--so its just a matter of fitting your 8.5 x 11 paper in carefully, knowing your margins on the edges will be tight.
