Exactly what was pictured and very easy to set up! they were perfect for my baby shower and even folded back up to be used by someone else if needed

You have to put some balloons inside them otherwise they will not stand. But its cute.

I have used them on two separate occasions now. They fit 4 (cantaloupe melon) size balloons or three a little larger. But perfect in every way.

They are of good size and good quality, they are very easy to handle and you can decorate as you like.
