I loved this set. I made a petty big wreath and still had plenty of balloons left over. The class of 21 balloons were not included.

The directions seem very simple. I watched the video and with the inflator it seemed very easy to inflate and assemble. I feel the product was a very good value for the money.

I really like the cost and ease of assembling this garland. We ran out of time, so we only used a little over half of the balloons. I would recommend using an electric balloon pump. Great product
