It was very accurate. Helpful gadget.

One thing I look for in measuring devices is their accuracy. When I received the tester I plugged it in and got a reading of 115 VAC. So checked it with two meters I own and they measured 120 VAC on both. I then looked up the specs on this tester and it stated + or - 2%. That would be 2.4 volts either way. It’s really no big deal but, it’s there. I just need to keep that in mine. Other then that, it’s larger then I thought which is ok. Easy to read the voltage and the red leds are bright. The GFCI function worked and the price is great. 4 out of 5 is ok. Update; since the accuracy was off by twice as much of the listed specification, I decided to return it. Of course Amazon made this pain free and the new one was still off, same direction but, slightly better. All and all, if your looking for voltage reading to be accurate, this model does not deliver. All other aspects work properly.

Bought for a final check of electrical repairs during house closing walkthrough. Tester appears to be working as intended. Confirmed with known working outlets (normal and GFCI) prior to closing.

Good product and good service

Im an electrical contractor and have used it daily for several weeks now and have had no problems with it. Well see how it holds up compared to the ones Ive used in the past. Ive used some brand names testers and they just dont hold up to daily use.
